Solgar Chelated Magnesium delivers 400 mg magnesium in each serving. Magnesium is needed by almost every cell in the body. It's needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. Magnesium supports bone health, muscle and nerve function, cardiovascular health, protein synthesis and energy metabolism. Free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, artificial flavor, sweetener and color.
