Through the inclusion of full spectrum electrolytes, vitamins, and more, RYSE Hydration keeps you performing at your best both physically and mentally. Most hydration supplements fall short by focusing on a singular electrolyte (like sodium) or failing to include all six which can lead to electrolyte imbalances. With RYSE Hydration, we made sure to include all six electrolytes (calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium) to ensure proper hydration. RYSE Hydration uses a combination of vitamins B3, B6, B12, and C to promote cellular energy and a healthy immune system. Packed with Taurine, which is an amino acid that aids in cellular hydration, muscular function and electrolyte balance. During exercise choline can deplete and RYSE Hydration makes sure to keep you at your peak mental performance at all times by including choline bitartrate.

Suggested Use: Mix each serving (1 stick pack) of Ryse Hydration with 12-16 oz of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Consume during or after exercise on training days or throughout the day as an electrolyte thirst quencher.
