Used after cleanser on mature skin, Elastin Collagen Skin Toner from Reviva® Labs is an alcohol-free toner that gently stimulates, refreshes, refines and restores acid balance. Its elastin and collagen help prepare skin for application of active creams or ampules you may use afterwards. This product contains no animal ingredients and was not tested on animals.
