Electrolyte/Energy Formula from Pure Encapsulations combines sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium to replenish electrolytes lost during exercise. It also helps support muscle function, retain hydration and enhance tissue recovery. It promotes mental focus under stressful conditions and may also promote physical endurance with the help of the amino acid l-tyrosine. It is especially beneficial for strenuous or prolonged exercise at least 1–2 hours in length.
