I've been using regular organic dried nettles as a tea but was told that using freeze dried nettles was more effective. I've been using this product for a few weeks and it seems to be working very well. It's also a good source of silica, which is great to take with both bovine gelatin and chicken sternal collagen and Vitamin C. The price is competitive with other online vitamin sites.
