Suggested Use:
DIRECTIONS: Place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums, upper or lower, white side touching cheek. Use two melts while sleeping, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use as needed. Frequent between-meal consumption of foods high in sugars and starches promotes tooth decay. Xylitol does not promote and may reduce the risk of tooth decay., Place a melt at the gum line on the outside of a molar, upper or lower, with the white side touching your cheek., Use your tongue to push the melt to a comfortable spot. Let sit for 10 seconds to not disrupt adhesion., Xylimelts last 1-4 hours during the day and 4-8 hours while sleeping.
