I bought this for the combination of protein and fiber in it. I tried using it several different ways including in a variety of different smoothies. It tastes like dirt. It looks like green dirt. It is so unpalatable that I had to return it. I have never been one to be able to tolerate the different powdered shakes, so please take that into consideration.Olympian Labs 8 in 1 Protein Powder
So very pleased that Swanson is finally carrying this fine product. It is far and away the best of the 'green' powders out there and for a better value then all of them (at least here at Swanson where it is at least $5.00 a container cheaper then anywhere else). I use this twice daily with fiber and it meets all my nutritional and dietary needs. You won't be disappointed with this product.
