Great addition to my nightly routine
Although it isn't something I need every night, it's always beside the valerian, melatonin and CBD oil. Some nights I know before I even look at my bed that I will have more trouble than usual sleeping, and when that's the case, I make sure I include Coffea Cruda, and typically I'm asleep in an hour or so.Very effective!
