Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 softgel two times daily initial dose, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be taken with or without food. Take with 8 to 10 ounces of water.
If taken with anticoagulant drugs, use under medical supervision. Contraindicated in any condition associated with bleeding.

This form of nattokinase has NSD-SK, a proprietary form of natto, that is known in studies to be very effective. Swanson's price is fantastic...almost half price, and one bottle will last you almost six months.
