Now available in a larger, 23 ounce size, Nutiva's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is not refined, deodorized or bleached. It is kosher, Non-GMO Project Verified, USDA certified organic, cold-pressed coconut oil. Coconut oil is a natural source of medium-chain triglycerides, or "good fats," and boasts a number of uses in the kitchen. Ideal as a medium-heat cooking oil. It can be used as a substitute in baking, or on bread, vegetables or popcorn. Hexane free.
