Vitamin C is a water soluble nutrient well known for its vital role in the immune system, and Vitamin C Crystals from NOW deliver 2.25 g of that vitamin per serving. Vitamin C is necessary for the production of collagen (a structural protein in connective tissue) and therefore is important for skin, bone and joint health.
