With NOW DIM 200 you can promote healthy hormone metabolism by supporting your bodys normal detoxification processes. Diindolylmethane, or DIM, is a phytochemical thats a natural metabolite of certain compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. This formula includes calcium-D-glucarate to help support a process called glucuronidation, an important mechanism of detoxification that aids in the elimination of certain environmental toxins from the body.
