very good!I can eat cheese again!!
This product works for me. I don't eat a lot of dairy, but I love all kinds of cheese and sour cream. For a small amount of dairy I only need 1 capsule beforehand, but if larger portion I take 2 or 3. I tried some other products, but this one is best for my needs. Swanson makes supplements affordable!!Low dosage
This product works but is low dosage, 1000 units, compared to other products which are 9000 units. I need to take at least 5 pills to be effective. Others stores sells 9000 unit pills for much cheaper price.
