Use it in coffee
I use a teaspoon as a coffee sweetener and i do notice some additional energy.Great Value
I bought a much smaller bottle at a local health food store. This is the same product and you get twice the amount for the same price. I love D-Ribose, it takes a few days to a week for me to notice a difference but I feel better and have more energy.Now D-ribose
Now is a fantastic company! Their D (deoxy) ribose is exceptional. D-ribose combines well with creatine and vitamin A, to make a very good muscle fuel precursor. It's main function would be improved ATP stores, and it has shown great promise in clinical studies (D-ribose, not necessarily Now brand) to increase contractile duration.
