Swanson's brand of this supplement stinks, literally, like it's rancid. This product does not, and that is enough to recommend it.Great stuff for your hair!
I am a hair stylist and I noticed that one of my clients' hair was especially shiney and when I asked her about it, she said that she had been taking this supplement. I quickly ordered some and have noticed a difference in my hair as well! Taking the recommend dose of 3x day is inconvenient, so I only take 1@ breakfast and 1@ dinner. Highly recommend!!
