Riboflavin (B-2) is a member of the B-vitamin family. It occurs naturally in green vegetables, liver, kidneys, wheat germ, milk, eggs, cheese and fish. I searched around and compared prices - this was the best for great quality.Solid product
This is a great product and although I can't tell you what I use this product for due to government regulations. It was recommended to take this several times a day at a higher dose but I don't like taking mega doses of anything plus I also take a vitamin B complex that contains this as well. I am very pleased with the results as this started to work immediately. It is also gluten free as so many of the NOW Foods supplements are and this is important for me.
