I have had great results with this supplement and have been on many of them, even some with lots of different strains and more costly. This one has made a big difference in my digestion that I can feel and see and I'm only half-way thru my first bottle! Needless to say, it's already on my next Swanson order. Try it--so worth it and a great price from Swanson's as always!
