I have been taking this supplement for over five years. This is an excellent product made out of extra virgin olive oil which is the best absorption that benefits your body. Works great for me. This is the best price I have found from any company.Small and easy to swallow
I oriignally ordered these because I had read that vitamin D3 is more effective in oil than in capsule form. After I started using them, though, I realized that there was something else to love about them--they're easy to take. I hate gigantic pills, and these are small and easy to take. I recently went to the dermatologist and he advised me to take a higher dose of D3 than I'd been taking, so that means taking more of them each day than before. No problem at all with these little capsules. If you want the health benefits of vitamin D3 in a more easily absorbed form that is also easy to swallow, this is the one to get.best vitamin D
