Nordic Naturals Omega-3D™ is a great-tasting, fresh and distilled fish oil supplement featuring omega-3s and vitamin D. This formula delivers great support for good nutrition and overall wellness. Omega-3D delivers 125% of the daily value of vitamin D for adults and children over four years of age, plus 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA along with other omega-3s.
