TOO DARNED (BEING NICE HERE) BIG!!
I've tried to take these twice. Yesterday was the LAST time I will ever take these pills! It got stuck on the way down for at least an hour, no matter how much water I drank or food I ate. It was only after I finished a rather painful dinner that the thing finally went down. Some said to chew the tablet...if I wanted a chewable I would have bought a chewable! I have taken supplements in one form or another for the past 50 years and have taken what I would consider large pills without any problems until now! Beats me why a company would make a pill this big! I'm rather angry that I wasted my money on something that ended up in the trash.Beware; it doesn't dissolve!
I swallow this tablet before going to bed. Big mistake. I felt some rumbling the whole night below my liver. I figure that this tablet got stuck in my small intestine. Later found out that this tabled does not dissolve like others. I guess you have to chew on it and take with a meal to help dissolve it. First time something like this happens to me. Not very pleasant to say the least.
