Nature's Answer Sambucus Black Elderberry Extract Spray is a super concentrated, alcohol free extract spray. This spray combines the immune-supporting herbs Sambucus (black elderberry), Echinacea, propolis and astragalus with the soothing essence of sage and slippery elm in a convenient spray.
