Each tablet features a tasty, natural orange citrus flavor and delivers 100 mg of 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) derived from a seed extract of the griffonia simplicifolia shrub. 5-HTP is known to help increase serotonin levels in the brain. Serotonin is a chemical found in the brain which aids the communication and delivery of messages between nerve cells. When your body has a healthy level of serotonin, this can lead to mood support in the form of a sensation of relaxation and positivity.
