So unrefined it is wet, coarse and costly
My food coop is too far away. Found this unrefined sea salt (only one listed online) and ordered a 1 pound bag of it. It arrived and was not as expected. My regular unrefined sea salt is dry, fine, and pours out of a salt shaker easily. This sea salt was wet, heavy, clumps up. When I dried it slowly over a week, I found it to be 13 ozs (not 16), coarse, and had to be crushed repeatedly to be broken down. Will not be ordering this again ($18 after shipping charges!), and will see if I can get it mailed to me from my food coop.Best Salt
I love this salt!Better Salt
This is the first time using unrefined sea salt. Great flavor. I like it better than pink salt. Can use less because it is potent. Just a pinch does the job. It is moist. I put a teaspoon in a cup to dry before use, because I find it easier to sprinkle.
