Before Glycemic Guard I would have strong cravings for sweets and eat a whole sleeve of cookies. After meals I would get super sleepy. I've been taking Glycemic Guard for over a month now and while I still like sweets, I can eat just a couple of cookies. I don't have to take a nap after meals. I didn't expect this stuff would work for me, but it did.
