Life Extension Benfotiamine combines two forms of vitamin B1: Benfotiamine, which is fat soluble, and thiamine, which is water soluble. Vitamin B1 plays a role in healthy glucose metabolism as well as cognitive function. Each serving delivers 100 mg of benfotiamine and 25 mg of thiamine.
