    Irwin Naturals Stress-Defy Sleep PM delivers the nutritional support you need to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Each 2-liquid softgel serving provides 120 mg of Shoden� ashwagandha, a standardized botanical extract known to enhance restorative sleep in addition to supporting a healthy stress response. This formula also features 2 mg of melatonin per serving to promote a healthy sleep-wake cycle and deeper rest. Stress-Defy Sleep PM adds to your restful night by including English lavender, traditionally used to promote sleep, and flaxseed oil, a source of essential fatty acids that is believed to improve sleep. While resting, this formula will further nourish your body and promote restorative sleep with a 200 mg blend of Deep Ocean Minerals in every serving. This complex includes trace elements and other minerals which have been studied for their potent health benefits.
