Uses
Temporarily relieves the symptoms of pain, bruising, muscle soreness and swelling due to overexertion or injury.
Warnings
For External Use Only. Keep away from eyes. Do not use on open wounds.
Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Do not use if tamper-evident tube mouth foil seal is broken or missing.

Not a good as "old" Muscle Therapy.
Older version better...they have decreased the percentage of ingredients in this 'Muscle Therapy'. The older (?) Hyland's Muscle Therapy had higher amounts of most of the ingredients and seemed to work better. This is still good, just not as good.great product ----terrible delivery system
Once I got uses to to new thickness of the gel I was able to get the accustomed good results. BUT the product comes out of the tube inconstantly and one must cut the tube open to get the last 4 or 5 applications.Similar to Traumeel
Like most homeopathic remedies, Muscle Therapy with Arnica either works or it doesn'twork, but if it doesn't, no harm is done. I have had good results many times. The gel canbe rubbed in to your muscles and after a few minutes it is not sticky at all.
