Spray 1 or 2 times into mouth to cleanse and freshen breath.

breath refresher I've ever used. This included gum, mints, lozenges, rinses and tape. Others have commented they want it when they've tried it. I plan to order several as stocking stuffers. It's a little pricey but ordering it when Swanson's has a sale helps.
