Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, add one (1) scoop of powder into 8 oz of water or juice once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by a physician.
Caution: Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. If you are sensitive to monosodium glutamate (MSG), you may be sensitive to glutamine since the body naturally converts glutamine to glutamate.
