It's a blend, but it's GREAT!
I love this Matcha Blend. Let's be clear..... this is a BLEND of matcha and brown rice solids. I do wish they'd print that more clearly on the front label, but I buy this all the time. I actually blend it further with Ujido pure ceremonial matcha powder to up the matcha ratio. To me, the brown rice solids add a body and mouthfeel that I like. Just pure matcha tastes thin and light to me. My favorite pure powder is the Ujido. I prepare it with honey and milk, like I would english tea or coffee.Does not meet my expectations
Extremely green colored and difficult to stir into hot water. Not much flavor. Won’t buy again.Great purchase.
