Not Impressed
I really wasn't impressed with Giovanni Root 66 Max Volume Directional Root Lifting Spray. It feels more like a regular hairspray with a directional nozzle. It was wet and sticky like a cheap aerosol hairspray. It left my hair stiff, like I sprayed too much hairspray. There was no root lifting. It was just a mess. Once the spray was dry I brushed my hair to get rid of the shellac look and made the best of it. Wish I had the time to wash it out because my hair was dull and flat. Sorry I purchased 2 on other's 'great' reviews.Drying alcohol
I love this root spray but knocked out a star because I was shocked to learn it has drying alcohol. Giovanni products usually are naturally based and many curly girl method gals loves Giovanni shampoos and rinse out conditioners because they don’t contain chemicals(sulfates,silicones,artificial scents,and parabens) I also love it has a targeted spray pump. Makes it easier to apply to roots.Love all Giovanni products
Love all Giovanni products that I have ever used! The root spray gives my hair more volume than it would have otherwise. Highly recommend!!
