The best Sencha
I've been buying organic Sencha leaf tea in 3.5 and 4 oz. for a long while, all from imported from Japan. The Frontier's organic is the best with the best flavor of any.The most impressive thing is I can get 4 or 5 20 oz servings out of 3 scoops re-steeped. It is also possible and often desirable to cold brew but either way it makes the most delightful, iced tea. It is also quite tasty with a few drops of fresh lemon juice. Not recommended
Relatively tasteless. Not good quality tea.Unfortunately, this tea does not have the grassy green tea flavor that I have enjoyed on other green teas during the last 20 years that I have been drinking loose green tea. I cannot recommend.
Unfortunately, this tea does not have the grassy green tea flavor that I have enjoyed on other green teas during the last 20 years that I have been drinking loose green tea. I cannot recommend. I drink my tea from a ceramic Chinese tea cup and strainer. Based on the label, it did not appear to be out of date, so that is not the issue. It was ironic that the package label did not indicate where the product was from. Also, although the Product Description includes the words 'Japanese green tea' it does not indicate that this is a 'Product of Japan'.
