'R' form effective
After using regular ALA for years and not seeing much if any benefit, I swtiched to the'R' form. Wow, what a difference. I like this brand because it contains fewer ingredients. It also comes in a glass bottle. Do yourself a favor - research the 'R' form which is more bioavailable. Swanson's price is reasonable!best I could find
