Directions: Adults, take two (2) capsules 30 minutes before meals and then two (2) capsules after the meal. Do not exceed twelve (12) capsules daily. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
CAUTION: Do not give to infants or children. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women, or those with variegate porphyria. If you are taking medication or planning a surgery, consult your doctor before using this product. If any adverse reactions occur, stop taking the product and consult your doctor.

I think I left this bottle in my purse in the car one time and after that it got this funny taste (I dump the charcoal in water and mix) almost like sewer water. I've done the same with Nature's way and that has never happened. I can't say it hasn't worked because I have used it for stomach upset and it seemed to get better but I just don't feel too confident in the quality. I bought it because Nature's way was sold out.
