Boericke & Tafel Arniflora Arnica Gel is a modern pharmaceutical preparation containing 8% tincture of Arnica montana. Arnica montana is a medicine that has been used for centuries to relieve the after effects of falls, blows, sports injuries and overexertion. It makes black-and-blue marks go away faster and relieves the pain, swelling and stiffness caused by physical trauma. In addition to using Arnica Montana to relieve pain and stiffness, some athletes use it as a preventative, immediately applying it after over-exercising or receiving a minor injury to ward off pain, stiffness and black-and-blue marks.

Uses

Directions
- Apply thin layer to affected area. Massage gently or use compress.
- For best results, use promptly after injury or trauma occurs.
- Adults & children 2 years of age and older: apply to affected area up to 4 times daily.
- Children under 2 years of age: consult a doctor.
- Patch test recommended on sensitive skin.

- To open: unscrew cap, puncture tube seal, screw cap back on tube.

My daughter was 'washing daddy's car' standing on her tricycle and the wheels decided to leave without her.. she landed on her knees which instantly got red and a little puffy with what looked like bruising. I put this on immediately and it is now 5 days later and she still hasn't bruised; there are some little red marks where she fell but no big brown and purple bruises I was expecting.I would highly recommend this for aches and pains.
