Bob's Red Mill Red Lentils are a tasty source of dietary fiber. These cute little legumes have a pleasant, earthy flavor. They're very easy to prepare, too, needing no pre-soaking like beans do. BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:, Stovetop: Rinse lentils before cooking. Place 1 cup lentils in a large pot with 3 cups of water and 1 tsp salt.
