INGREDIENTS: Flour blend (wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], tapioca flour, wheat gluten), sugar, baking powder (cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), white chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, milkfat, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), natural flavors, baking soda, strawberry flavored apple pieces (dried apples, vegetable juice color, natural flavor, citric acid), cream of tartar, sea salt, strawberry powder.

DIRECTIONS

Pancakes:

1 cup Bob's Red Mill® White Chocolate & Strawberry Pancake & Waffle Mix
1/2 cup Water (for thinner pancakes, increase by 1 Tbsp)

Whisk together mix and water until mostly smooth. Do not overmix. Some lumps should remain.

Preheat skillet to medium heat, about 325ºF. Lightly oil hot griddle. Pour scant 1/4-cup portions of batter and cook until bubbles begin to form on the top, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes, until done. Serve hot.

Makes 8-10 medium pancakes.

Waffles:

1 cup Bob's Red Mill® White Chocolate & Strawberry Pancake & Waffle Mix
2/3 cup Water
2 Tbsp Oil

Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions, or to medium heat for 10 minutes. Whisk together mix and water until mostly smooth. Do not overmix. Some lumps should remain. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles.

Makes 3-4 medium waffles.

Store in a cool, dry place.
