Suggested Use:
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Protein Oats, reduce heat to medium low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste., 1 Serving - 1/3 Cup Oats - 1 1/4 Cup Water - Salt to Taste, 2 Servings - 2/3 Cup Oats - 2 Cups Water - Salt to Taste, 3 Servings - 1 Cup Oats - 3 Cups Water - Salt to Taste, 4 Servings - 1 1/3 Cup Oats - 4 Cups Water - Salt to Taste
