Flavor levels
I didn't realize there were different levels of Rye...light, med., and dark. I made bread, but it needed more rye flavor. Needs rye or caraway seeds. I won't make anymore for a while.very yumm
Wonderful! use 1 cup Rye to 2 cups bread flour - wonderful loaf!Good Bread Flour
This organic rye flour was really good inhelping me create a bunch of rye bagels for the first time. And what I have left over will be used to create a rye bread loaf with caraway seeds. It really helped to make a tasty and delicious organic bagel.
