    INGREDIENTS: ORGANIC RICE FLOUR, ORGANIC TAPIOCA FLOUR, ORGANIC WHOLE GRAIN CORN FLOUR, ORGANIC MILLET FLOUR, BAKING POWDER (MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA, CORN STARCH), SALT, ORGANIC NATURAL FLAVOR, XANTHAN GUM, ORGANIC CINNAMON.

    PANCAKES (4")

    1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® GLUTEN FREE PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX

    1 EGG BEATEN, OR EGG SUBSTITUTE

    1 Tbsp OIL

    2/3 Cup MILK OR WATER

    1. PREHEAT griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375°F.
    2. STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
    3. SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 ½ minutes on each side.

    WAFFLES (6")

    1 Cup ARROWHEAD MILLS® GLUTEN FREE PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX

    1 EGG BEATEN OR EGG SUBSTITUTE

    1 Tbsp OIL

    2/3 Cup MILK OR WATER

    1. PREHEAT waffle iron.
    2. STIR ingredients to get rid or large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
    3. BAKE batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.

    STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE
