How Can I Add Greens and Enzymes to My Cat's Diet?
Vitamins and Supplements FAQs • April 30, 2011
Question: I'm introducing a raw meat diet to my cat, but I would like a suggestion for adding greens and enzymes to the food. What products do you suggest?

This question is easier to answer than one might think thanks to Halo Purely for Pets Vita-Glo Daily Greens. It takes any guesswork out of the picture because this comprehensive supplement is specifically formulated for pets. Daily Greens not only provides the green goodness of barley grass, but it also contains important vitamins, minerals and amino acids, plus enzymes to help with the absorption of the supplement. If your cat is up to 11 lbs., give him/her one tablet, two to three times per day; a cat over that weight will need two tablets, one to two times per day. Cats will likely chew up the tablets because they're a tasty treat, but if you prefer to add it to food, simply use a mortar and pestle to crush them.
