Swanson representatives are unable to view your Digital Wallet payment accounts because they are third party payment tools. This is a measure to keep your information secure.
Why can't I pay for my item(s) with Amazon Pay or PayPal?
Some Digital Wallets restrict certain items containing the following ingredients: Geranium, Germanium, Damiana, Grapefruit, Lithium, Red Yeast Rice, Vinpocetine, Shark Liver Oil, CBD, Hemp, NAC, and Horny Goat Weed. Restricted items include, but are not limited to those noted.
Why is my card being authorized more than once?
Your order might include multiple shipments due to product availability. Because of this, a separate authorization might occur on your account for each shipment. Your credit card won’t be charged until your item(s) have shipped. You’ll only be charged the total amount given at the time of purchase.
