If you opt to use Shop Pay, your payment details are encrypted and securely stored by Shop Pay for future purchases. This information is not stored on our website and can be managed directly through Shop Pay.
I called your customer care line, but they can't help me with my PayPal or Amazon account. Why?
Swanson representatives are unable to view your Digital Wallet payment accounts because they are third party payment tools. This is a measure to keep your information secure.
Why can't I pay for my item(s) with Amazon Pay or PayPal?
Some Digital Wallets restrict certain items containing the following ingredients: Geranium, Germanium, Damiana, Grapefruit, Lithium, Red Yeast Rice, Vinpocetine, Shark Liver Oil, CBD, Hemp, NAC, and Horny Goat Weed. Restricted items include, but are not limited to those noted.
Why is my card being authorized more than once?
When you place your order, we place an authorization on your card to confirm the payment method. Your card is not charged until your items ship.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may see separate charges as each package ships. Any pending authorizations typically drop off within a few days, though timing can vary by bank.
