Suggested Use: Shake well before each use. Adults take 1 tablespoon (Tbsp) (15 mL / ½ fluid ounce) daily either directly or mixed into water or juice. Do not exceed recommended dose. To optimize Iron absorption, take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking calcium or dairy products.
