RECOMMENDATION: SHAKE WELL. Shake well before each use. Adults take 1 tablespoon (Tbsp) (½ fluid ounce/15 mL) daily either directly or mixed into water or juice. Do not exceed recommended dose. To optimize Iron absorption, take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking calcium or dairy products. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.
