Suggested Use: Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-3 times daily as needed. The bottle cap is one ounce measure. Take with food for best absorption. Can be added to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-Earth products. Mineral blend is a a rich dark color because of the humic content, but you'll find that it has almost no taste when diluted in water. (Dilution does not diminish the effectiveness).
