Looking for tart cherry juice concentrate for a DIY sports drink or bedtime mocktail? We’ve got you covered! Swanson Organic Tart Cherry Concentrate delivers all the great flavor of fresh cherry juice in a pure concentrate you can drink straight, mix with water or add to your favorite smoothies and shakes.
Tart cherries are among nature's best sources of powerful, health-promoting anthocyanins and flavonoids that work to promote healthy uric acid levels for optimal joint comfort, as well as support muscle health, with consistent supplementation delivering benefits for post-exercise recovery.
These phytochemicals also provide valuable free radical protection for the cardiovascular system and the whole body thanks to their high ORAC value. Additionally, new research also shows that cherry juice may support cognitive health, which is obviously important for your day-to-day, but is also central to healthy aging.
Tart cherry is a source of naturally occurring melatonin and tryptophan, both of which are key to healthy sleep patterns by helping to increase sleep time and efficiency, the reason behind trending “nightcap” mocktails. Swanson Organic Tart Cherry Concentrate contains no added sugars or artificial flavors or sweeteners.
