Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) is essential for the synthesis of DNA during cell division and therefore is especially important for rapidly multiplying cells, such as blood cells. In addition, adequate intake of Vitamin B-12, along with Folic Acid and Vitamin B-6, supports healthy serum homocysteine levels already within the normal range, thereby supporting cardiovascular health. B-12 is a water soluble vitamin necessary for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and for the metabolic utilization of fats and proteins. Because Vitamin B-12 is found predominantly in animal products, strict vegetarians are at risk of developing Vitamin B-12 deficiency and may benefit from supplementation.

Synthetic Vitamins!
First ingredient is Ascorbic Acid vitamin-c, the worst form of vitamin c. Then it contains non-sublingual B12 in it's synthetic form. I use to trust Now Foods, but after seeing the terrible ingredients, not to sure if I will continue to purchase such inferior and unhealthy forms of these nutrients.My favorite vitamin B
Works well raise my B12 levels quickly. Taste good.Should like it better if xylitol removed
I love the combination,of b vitamins. The b12 in liquid form is great. But please remove the xylitol....not necessary. Thank you.
