The 45 mg of elemental iron in each tablet is equivalent to 142 mg of ferrous sulfate.
Directions: As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary. Not intended for use in children.
Warning: Iron may interfere with absorption of certain antibiotics; this product shouldn't be taken within two hours of each other. Iron-containing products may cause occasional bowel effects such as constipation. Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if pregnant, nursing, on medications, have a medical condition or are planning a medical procedure. Stop use and contact a physician if adverse reactions occur.
