Suggested Use: Take 4 mL (0.8 tsp;80 drops) daily. Follow the daily usage chart above it is your first time taking Ionic Magnesium. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the amount per serving., Daily usage instructions:, Week 1 - 20 drops/day, Week 2 - 30 drops/day, Week 3 - 40 drops/day, Week 4+ - ‡Up to 80 drops/day, ‡Add an additional 5 drops daily, as tolerated, until you reach a max of 80 drops (0.8 tsp.)
