We all know kale is a 'super food.' But how to get family members- especially children- to get it? In capsule form, that's how. I love kale, but it's earthy, adult flavor isn't to everybody's taste. Swanson had the sense to put the goodness of kale in a small, easy-to-take capsule that I recommend to everyone who doesn't like kale or eat kale.convenience
I am presently taking six capsules. I have found that it takes at least this many to obtain satisfactory results. But six is a lot of capsules, along with the other supplements I am taking. My suggestion is to offer it as a powder in a canister that can be measured out, that way I can add it to my Oatmeal or Smoothie. It probably does not have an overpowering taste, so it will probably blend well with the other ingredients. This will also save you the cost of having to put it in capsules.
