I had been taking your Kyoto brand and find no difference in this Swanson brand except pills are larger.Seems to work for me.tablets got much smaller
Why did the tablets get so small?Green plant nutrients
So far it seems fine. I take it with the organic spirulina, and I think they provide some of the nutrients that green veggies are noted for.
